Sophie Korn

Sophie is our Community Connection Coordinator here at Thrive. Before joining our team, Sophie spent many years as a dedicated elementary school teacher. She led inclusive classrooms that supported a wide range of learners, with a strong focus on creating nurturing environments tailored to meet each student’s individual needs.

Sophie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and later received her Master of Education from Cabrini University, where she also obtained dual state certifications in General Education (PreK–4) and Special Education (PreK–8). During her time in the classroom, Sophie also served as the Assistant Director of her district’s Extended School Year Programs and received extensive training in a variety of specialized educational programs.

At Thrive, Sophie focuses on supporting families through first steps, ensuring a welcoming experience. She oversees and leads our Community Membership Program fostering meaningful engagement and connection within our Thrive community. She also is part of our Early Education Screening Team.
